General Manager ⎸ Producer
Sergei is the managing director of Finnmark Productions. He holds a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is part of the new wave of filmmakers with diverse backgrounds and innovative stories.
Sergei has over 5 years of experience in video production and over 15 years in marketing. He has written, produced, and edited many large projects, including the feature film “The Returned,” national commercials, courses, and audiovisual podcasts, as well as led marketing projects with both national and international initiatives.

Espen is a creative powerhouse who inspires and challenges with his distinctive and unique approach to filmmaking.
Espen directed his first feature film, "Re:Human" in 2024.
He has a passion for everything experimental and innovative and thrives in projects where he can explore originality, which he believes is the essence of filmmaking.
His unique vision and style have shaped many of our projects.
With over 20 years of experience in the film industry, educated as a director and editor from the Westerdals Institute for Film and Media and as a screenwriter from Bond University in Australia, Espen has created numerous short films and national and international commercials for some of Norway’s biggest companies.
Today he primarily works as our creative leader, director and screenwriter.

Nico is a versatile creator with experience in both photography and film.
He is involved from the idea and concept stage to the finished project, ensuring that all projects are executed and delivered with the highest quality.
Nico loves everything related to film and filmmaking. When he’s not watching films or talking about films, he’s playing cool indie records late into the night.
He holds a degree in Film and TV production from the University of York.

With a background in pedagogy, Debbie is incredibly skilled at expressing herself and getting projects moving. With an eye for perfection and structure, she has an impressive aesthetic sense that she always adapts to the client's vision and needs.
For Debbie, marketing and communication are about telling a good story rooted in something deeper than what meets the eye. She has led several successful commercial projects and collaborations. In addition to being an incredible talent, she is also a joy-spreader in the office, always in a good mood!
